Pearce W. J. Taylor joined Hasner Law after years of defending employers and their insurers in Georgia Workers’ Compensation claims. With his knowledge of the defense side of these claims, Pearce uses this expertise to ease the burden on injured workers’ and help secure all benefits to which they are entitled under Georgia law.
Pearce attended the University of Central Florida and achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice. While at UCF, Pearce was a member of the Cheerleading team. Following his graduation, Pearce attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law. There he was involved in the Moot Court team with multiple competitions across the country, and assuming a leadership role in the organization. With a full course load as a law student, Pearce was a member of the Dean search committee to name a new administration for the school, clerked with the Jacksonville Ethics Commission, and worked in a law firm. Pearce graduated from law school Magna Cum Laude, earning his Juris Doctor degree. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar and is sworn to practice in every state court in Georgia.
Outside of work, Pearce spends time with his wife, two boys, and Border Collie. Pearce also enjoys camping, hiking, and CrossFit.
